Shipping Information
We entrust Australia Post as our primary carrier, providing options for both Parcel Post and Express Post. We dispatch orders to valid postal addresses from Monday to Friday, excluding major holidays.

Orders are typically processed and dispatched within 24 hours of confirmation, subject to product availability. Orders placed during weekends or holidays will be processed on the next business day.

Please note, shipments can be subject to delays due to factors such as internal server errors, weather, and other unforeseen circumstances, which may also affect our shipping cutoff time of 11am on business days. We recommend ordering well in advance to ensure timely delivery.

Be aware that delivery times for Express Post are estimations and may encounter delays beyond our control.

Please note that shipping and handling expenses are the responsibility of the customer and are non-refundable; only the product cost of authorised returns will be refunded.

Returned items must be sent back within 14 days of the original shipment date. No returns will be accepted after 14 days from the original purchase date.
