STORE POLICY

Terms and Conditions

All appointments require a non refundable/ transferable deposit of 50% to secure the appointment.
Please note that the deposit will be held until the conclusion of infills in case of cancellation or no-show.
Clients cancelling or rescheduling less than 48 business hours will be charged a 50% fee of full service booked.
Business hours excludes Saturdays and Sundays.
Cancellation of an appointment prior or within 24 hours will be required to pay the full amount of the service.

Please note: Failing to pay fees will result in being removed from Lashmaker services and you will not be able to book an appointment till the amount is paid.
Clients arriving 15 minutes late without notice will automatically be canceled and be charged a 50% cancellation fee
Arriving to your appointment late or early will not result in an extended appointment.

To qualify for a lash fill you must have 40% retention - after cleaning and grown out lashes have been removed.

Clients that have less than 40% retention after stripping will be charged full set price.
Please give notice if you have less than 40% retention
Lashmaker DOES NOT give refunds to the following:
If you haven't followed aftercare instructions
Allergic reactions
If you have not purchased the recommended lash cleanser
If you have made a non refundable deposit
If you rub or pick your lashes or if you have changed your mind
No refunds on purchases
Policies and fees are subject to change without notice.

Please remember, my home-based business deserves the same respect as any other.
Unannounced cancellations affect my work.
I put significant effort into creating unique, handmade lashes, which sets my work apart. My prices match the quality I offer. If my services are beyond your budget, it's okay to find alternatives. My policies and pricing are fair and uphold the quality of my work.
Please, let's respect that.
